Jim Hanna               

Jim Hanna joined our staff in February 2010 as Associate Pastor. He is responsible for supervising the ministry leaders, coaching and launching growth groups and sharing the teaching.

Pastor Jim has been in full time ministry for 27 years. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute, Colorado Christian University, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and most recently recieved his doctorate in Organizational Systems from Bethel University. He has been married to his lovely wife Elizabeth for 28 years and they have three daughters and two sons.

Guy McNabb               

Guy has served as the Men's Ministry Director since 2008.

Guy and his family have been a part of the Calvary Chapel family since moving to Tracy in 2002. Guy and his wife Carolyn have three children: Daughters Sierra and Miriam and son Stephen.

Chris Chivers               

Chris gave his heart to the Lord because a man who owned a donut shop in Tracy witnessed to him through his actions more than his words. 11 years later, Chris has seen the Lord display love and forgiveness beyond understanding. Chris is married to Liz, and has a college-age son, Kyle. Liz and Chris work side by side in the ministry. Chris believes that it is a privilege to serve the students who attend Crosspath, as this is a crucial decision-making time in a young person’s life. He wants young people to see that God has a plan and a calling on their life (Jeremiah 29:11) and that by following Him they can discover a deeper, fuller life. “For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do” Ephesians 2:10. world.

Gary & Linnette Fian         

Gary and Linnette have been married for 7 years and are very thankful for God's pressence in their marriage. They have three beautiful girls - Arielle-15, Jessica - 12 and Yasmine-12. It is through God's foundation that they continue to grow and learn to love one another each and every day.  

Cindy Chavez               

Cindy was 8 years old when she attended a Billy Graham Crusade, and there made the decision to follow Jesus. Cindy is confident in the power of God's people praying. She has seen God do many miraculous things, to include her husband now attending church with her and her daughter's healing of toxic shock. Cindy and her husband, Mario have 2 beautiful daughters, Ashley - 21 and Leanna - 18.
